Applications

Software that earns its place.

Alpha Fox designs and builds focused applications for real operational needs—then hands them over in a state your team can understand and run.

Scheduling applications

Software for coordinating availability, appointments, and operational handoffs without forcing the work into a generic calendar.

Restaurant point of sale

A point-of-sale application shaped around front-of-house speed and the realities of day-to-day restaurant operations.

Web applications and integrations

Customer and staff software in the browser, including connections between systems so the same information does not have to be entered twice.

What you leave with

The running application, the source, instructions for operating it, and a record of the decisions so the next change is not a mystery.

How a build moves

This is a making process. It is not a recommendation. If you still need to decide whether to build, that is consulting.

  1. Name the outcome

Who uses it, what “done” looks like for them, and what this first release will refuse to include.

  2. Shape the smallest real version

A release small enough to ship and complete enough that someone can do the job in it.

  3. Design the paths

Screens and flows for the work, reviewed against how people actually behave, not against a slide.

  4. Build in the open

Working software as the work proceeds. You see the product, not a status report about the product.

  5. Hand it over

Source, how to run it, and the decisions beside the code. Your team can carry the next change.
